If the Geokall Mobile™ eSIM & Smart SIM listed in this website and associated websites is defective or dead upon arrival, due to unforeseen circumstances resulting in the malfunctioning of the Geokall Mobile™ eSIM & Smart SIM Card, which is very unlikely in most circumstances; you may return the SIM Card within 30 days of receipt as long as the SIM is in the same condition in which it was received. Exception is that of Geokall Mobile™ Airtime/Credit Purchased. Return/Refund Policy of Airtime/Credit Purchased for use is indicated somewhere down this document.

1d). Global WiFi Roaming Plans
The Global WiFi internet access provided by Geokall Mobile™ in partnership with network providers globally indicated in this website and associated websites may have some limitations or restrictions or may not be accessible in some areas, platforms or locations or even some in countries due to governmental regulations in some or those jurisdictions or may have some network disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances or inability of our major or one of our global WiFi network providers, which rarely occur, you agree not to hold Geokall Mobile™ or its partner network provider responsible and you may continue using the WiFi access in other hotspots locations where access is available during the validity duration of the voucher code. You may not be compensated or have your Global WiFi subscription payment refunded if there are some recorded successful WiFi access transactions recorded in the voucher code statement. However, you may be compensated or have your Global WiFi subscription payment refunded if you were unable to access the WiFi internet in any of the hotspot locations worldwide within 7 days for a 7-day pass, 30 days for a 30-day pass, 90 days for a 90-day pass, 180 days for a 180-day pass or 365 days for a 365-day pass. The voucher code sold to you would provide an automated transaction history of the code for the validity duration the WiFi internet was access successfully or not across the various hotspots locations and networks you roam on globally.
1e). Geokall Mobile™ Plans
You agree to make use of the Geokall Mobile™ plan subscribed for with the recommended/compatible device(s) to effectively enjoy the Geokall Mobile™ plan. If the inaccessibility of any of the Geokall Mobile™ plans subscribed for (during validity duration of the subscription) emanating from your end due to your inability to make use of the recommended compatible and/or specified phone handset or tablet or desktop, Geokall Mobile™ nor its parent organization or other divisions would be held responsible and there would be no refund of the subscription fee for that month or plan neither the initial set-up fee paid for the account. Geokall Mobile™ may not be held responsible if you were unable to access any of the Geokall Mobile™ plans ( Toll Free Numbers, Local Telephone Numbers, etc.) after subscription payment in any of the coverage countries or you were unable to access or make use of the telephone numbers due to technical issues or problems emanating from our end. However, in such circumstances, you may be refunded the subscription fee, less any initial set-up fee.

The image of the card used should ONLY show the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits, expiry date and your full name on it. Geokall Mobile™ will only be responsible for marketing and providing voice transmission services including outgoing calls, incoming calls, and where applicable recharging of airtime credit to any Geokall Mobile™ eSIM & Smart SIMs. However, local carriers reserve the right to change their tariff rates and coverage areas/countries at any time without prior notice. They reserve the right to increase or decrease the amount of airtime included with each eSIM/SIM without prior notice. The local carriers also reserve the right to change, remove or add any of the services provided through the eSIMs/SIMs at any time without prior notice.

No cash value will be given for defective Geokall Mobile™ eSIM, or Smart SIM used within the warranty period, but a replacement of new SIM Card will be shipped to you directly or through Geokall Mobile™ distributor in your area through which you purchased the SIM. If you misplace or lose your SIM, you can request for a replacement SIM that will carry the same number at NO EXTRA COST to be bored by you. However, you will be responsible for shipping and handling cost whether international or domestic/national and the request for Replacement SIM must be ordered with an airtime of $15 minimum except your lost SIM already has an airtime of not less than $10 it before it got lost. Also, note that the duration for delivery of Replacement SIM may be a minimum of 1-2 weeks or so because of card manufacture and integration of the same previous number in the misplaced or lost SIM to the new SIM. The shipping cost is determined by the location you are located. If you request a new SIM, you will have to purchase a new SIM at the prevailing retail price.

You agree that Geokall Mobile™, at its sole discretion may terminate your use of the Service or individual services provided or remove and discard any Content with such services. Geokall Mobile™ may suspend all or any of the Services or individual services for lack of use of the SIM. Please, note that in a scenario where Geokall Mobile™ terminate your SIM account with respect of violation of the use of the SIM as stated in this website, and if after thorough investigation that the violation was not a fault of your direct use of the SIM, any remaining air time balance in your account that was purchased less than 30 days from the date of your SIM account termination will be refunded to you; however, any remaining airtime in your SIM account that was purchased more than 30 days from the date of termination of your SIM account is non-refundable.
eSIM/SIM Account Suspension – A SIM account may be suspended if the user is using the SIM for activities different from those permitted by law. Such an SIM account may be restored if we receive satisfactory answers that the user was not involved of the use of the SIM for such activities but perhaps may be as result of hacking, etc. we may restore the SIM account for the user. But if we receive unsatisfactory answers, we may proceed to terminate the SIM account accordingly.
SIM Account Inactivity – While the SIM Account remains active throughout the 12 calendar months especially with the UK number, a SIM account may become inactive if there are no activities such as placing a and/or receiving a call once the SIM is activated at least within a 6 calendar months period for up to 1 minute otherwise we may suspend your SIM account due to some regulations in the Global System of Mobile Communication (GSM) world. Suspension does not mean that your SIM account is canceled. It is only suspended due to some regulations in the GSM world. Your SIM account will be reactivated to normal if you request if it is within the 12 calendar months’ duration from the date of your first SIM activation. Also, if applicable to the 60-day rule of the US phone number of the Smart eSIM or SIM (though not applicable at the moment) we may require that you should try to place and/or call using your Geokall Mobile™ US number if you have already activated it at least up to one minute call within every 60- day period whichever country you are located in the world [not a must you have to be physically present in the USA/Canada/UK in every 60 days period with the SIM] in order to keep it active and usable.
A Global WiFi plan subscriber is expected to activate the voucher code within the validity date of the pass; within 7 days for a 7-day pass; within 30 days for a 30-day pass; within 90 days for a 90-day pass and within 365 days for a 365-day pass.
This agreement and Your use of our Terms and General Conditions of Services are written in accordance and governed by (the Laws of the UK and all jurisdictions where Geokall Mobile™ has operational offices). All disputes or claims that may arise with Geokall Mobile™ and its affiliated and/or associated websites through its operations at the parent company (if applicable) of Geokall Mobile™ or its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, or agents will be handled by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK and all jurisdictions where Geokall Mobile™ has operational offices.
